“Pierre has difficulty recovering from a suicide attempt. He tries to paint his room to occupy his mind. A draft crosses the room and slams the door. The door handles are in the hallway. Locked in his home in the oppressive heat, he seeks help from his neighbors. Their reaction confuses Pierre.”
